Making of polyester products
- Brushing gelcoat in moulds en laminating fiberglass layers with resin
- Gluing and over laminating of stiffeners like foam or metal
- Laminating multiple parts togheter to a complete product
- Releasing parts out of the mould with proper stacking in cars or pallets
- Conditioning of the moulds with cleaning and putting release wax
Interior cleaner (house keeper)
- App. 6 hours a week, preferable 2 x 3 hours
- Office, canteen, dressing room, bathrooms
CNC operator
- Positioning parts in the milling machine for milling
- After milling, taking products out and break sharp edges with sandpaper
- Gluing metal inserts and parts together
- Checking, cleaning, polishing and packing parts
Part-time job, student job
- Cleaning production factory, taking care of premises
- Washing cars
- Supporting activities in the production process
